Lady Mendl's is an unconventionally chic tea salon housed within a Georgian brownstone in the heart of New York's historical Gramercy Park. Built in 1834, two landmark structures were meticulously transformed to recreate a bygone era of gracious living while offering an opulent five-course tea served in a whimsical parlor by a doting staff required by today's discriminating traveler. With an insouciant nod to the past, Lady Mendl's epitomizes a modern take on traditional afternoon tea and is often used for fashion presentations, bridal showers, small weddings and private events for the arts. Our location can exclusively be recognized by a small teacup engraved plaque on the building's facade.
